Imagery

When we interpret imagery and then try to create it on our own, we realize how truly "heavy" it all is. Isabella and Audra thought we might create a chain with visualization. If I threw out the word stress, where does it lead you? Images in your mind?

Feel free to toss in your own word to start a new reaction, too!

If I was thinking of fear I said fear leads to anger, then hurt for kids ro death for some grown ups. I thought of death in a good way by they are going to heaven and someone is born then.

  2. It reminds me of Caramel (figuratively) because caramel is always sticky like stress. It also reminds me of homework (literally) because sometimes I don't get the right answer or I don't get the problem. I don't get stressed all the time but when I do it's NOT and I repaeat NOT pretty!
