Frisco History Research

This week our class is researching (I mean real deal digging for information research!!) Frisco's history. What better way to do that, but in our library using our macs and iPads. We have even had a couple of special teachers helping us navigate through (Mrs. Seddighi, our fabulous librarian and Mrs. Collins, our technology guru).  It has been awesome to see them learning with technology. We even got to try a new app--Doodlebuddy--for notetaking. I am blown away by how these kiddos soar with a task when technology is involved. They were in their element here! I love it! Here's some pictures:

Fun times in Mrs. Jones' class...

In the last week, Mr. Cody had a birthday, Ashtyn and Ben got a You Sparkle, and we have rocked the Boosterthon, to the point of getting to mumify the Boosterthon leader. Here's some pictures of the fun we're having in class...

Cool things happening in Mrs. Jones' Class

There are so many exciting events going on in Mrs. Jones' class. For starters, Keaton won the estimation chocolate coin jar (awesome!!). Carsyn received a You Sparkle!! Lastly, Emma was nominated as the new Student of the Week and Bennett was nominated as the new Mathematician. Talk about a WOW group of kiddos!
