Adding and Subtracting with 10s and 100s video



Parents: Here is a video (not a talented one, but it's a video) on how to do the math I'm doing in class. This is a tool to be able to work with your child at home. If you child is not comfortable with ways to get to 10 (knowing that 4+6, 7+3, 2+8, etc = 10), it is important for them to to study that to gain number sense. It is used in this video.

    I have been frustrated for two years because I could NOT figure out the logic behind how Ethan does his math problems. Thank you SO MUCH for explaining how students are instructed to solve their math problems...and relieving my frustration!
